Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Frontier Bakery. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Answer electronic enquiries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Access, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized, accurate, and reliable.
