Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at Schlegel Villages. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current Heart Save Level of CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
