Job Summary

J. J. Keller is seeking a skilled Commercial Driver Trainer to join our Safe & Smart Driver Training team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will provide driver training services to our clients and their partners, focusing on classroom instruction, range training, and road training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Provincial rules and regulations, safe vehicle operation, and other relevant topics.
  • Administer road tests to evaluate drivers' skills and provide feedback on training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with training development staff to improve training programs and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a safe and respectful work environment.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of commercial driver training experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid license for the type(s) of vehicles used in training.
  • Bilingual in English/French preferred.
  • Solid verbal, written, and presentation skills.
