Job Description

We are seeking passionate and driven MBA candidates for a full-time internship that will challenge and inspire you. As an AI Business Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to engage with a fast-growing global organization with diversity of thought, experience, and cultures.

  • Current MBA students with a focus on leadership, operations, strategy, or entrepreneurship

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated hourly compensation for this role is CAD $32-35/hour. The total estimated duration of the internship is equivalent to 520 hours (or 3 months minimum), working fully remotely with opportunities to work hybrid from Toronto or Chicago.

Hiring Process
  1. Application Submission: Candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters through our career portal.
  2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge.
  3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer additional questions to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit.
  4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
  5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship.
