Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Toromont Cat. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and screening applicants.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
- Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Screen applicants and conduct interviews to select the best candidates.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
- Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
