Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff and their day-to-day responsibilities, fostering positive working relationships, and ensuring the portfolio operates safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for analyzing monthly financial statements and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma from a recognized institution is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • You should possess excellent interpersonal and computer skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented and able to work independently, you will also have a reliable vehicle and a valid Ontario driver's license.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide an extensive benefit package, including a vehicle allowance, to support your overall well-being.
