Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, promoting teamwork and efficiency
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insight into operational performance
  • Establish work schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-food environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting. You must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team setting.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
