As a Registered Branch Associate, you'll play a vital role in our client team, working under the guidance of a financial advisor. Your primary focus will be on building meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing personalized investment solutions that meet their needs.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to client service, problem-solving, and teamwork. As a Registered Branch Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Gathering information and collecting suitability information to open new accounts
- Researching portfolio performance, cost/fees, asset allocation, and changes to portfolio construction/investments, and making recommendations to the financial advisor and communicating to the client on behalf of the financial advisor when in agreement with the recommendation
- Executing financial advisor-solicited buy/sell orders and confirming with clients
- Conducting proactive reviews and collecting suitability information for select accounts
- Answering general client questions regarding Edward Jones stock recommendations and withdrawals

Requirements
We're looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor's degree. Currently, a registered representative with CIRO is required; if not, registration can be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned study period. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the securities industry is preferred.
