Breakfast Buffet Server Job Summary

The Breakfast Buffet Server is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations to ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Explain menu items, describing ingredients and cooking methods to enhance the guest's experience.
  • Ensure guests benefit from current promotions and offers.
  • Assist with reservations, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, promoting teamwork and excellent customer service.
  • Perform various guest services, including collecting payments and checking identification for age-restricted beverages.
  • Clean tables, counters, and service areas, and restock supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous serving experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Serving it Right and Food Safe Level 1 certification or willingness to become certified.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
