Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations
  • Explain menu items, ingredients, and cooking methods
  • Ensure guests benefit from current promotions and offers
  • Assist with reservations, take orders, and serve food and beverages
  • Perform various guest services, including taking payments and addressing concerns
