We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role involves delivering direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring residents' health status, and reporting any changes to the nursing team.

As an LPN at Sun Rivers Seniors Community, you will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care. You will ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations. A valid LPN license in British Columbia and current CPR/First Aid certification are required for this role. Previous experience in long-term care or a related field is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in British Columbia
