At MARY BROWN'S RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role will provide exceptional service to our customers while operating as a cashier in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 per year based on location and experience. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Process payments, handle cash, checks, and credit/debit card transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and answering questions about menu items and promotions.
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • No specific work experience is required, but 3 years or less of previous work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
