Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with finding items, processing transactions, and answering questions about products.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
