Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Associates to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with finding items, processing transactions, and answering questions about products
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment

Requirements
