Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of quality and compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and a passion for improving processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational reviews of claims files to ensure compliance
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with Senior Quality Assurance Specialists to achieve quality assurance goals
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance
- Prior experience with file review and call quality audits
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and claims workflows
