Job Title: Nail Salon Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at TOP NAILS AND SPA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our esthetician's salon, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional leadership to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule events, programs, and activities: Plan and coordinate events, programs, and activities to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the salon.
  • Schedule work: Manage the work schedule of team members, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing the needs of clients and guests with special requirements.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations: Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring the well-being of clients, guests, and team members.
  • Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items: Supervise the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies: Procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers: Lead and manage the team, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies: Provide comprehensive training to team members, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
