Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional results.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment, and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Operations: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, prepare and submit progress reports, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for all employees.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
