Brandt is currently seeking a Retail Finance Manager to join our team in Nisku, AB.

This position is responsible for promoting all aspects of the business of Brandt Finance in support of wholegoods sales for Brandt Tractor Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales staff by obtaining financing to support wholegoods sales
  • Build relationships with customers, sales staff, and outside financial institutions
  • Market value-added products to our customers, including insurance services
  • Generate referral income through business development
  • Submit regular activity reports
  • Travel throughout the designated territory to meet with customers
  • Prospect potential financing needs for our customers, including non-Brandt Tractor product financing needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be available for travel
  • Experience recognizing and satisfying customer needs through a thorough understanding of the selling and financing process is required
  • Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry is considered an asset
  • Related post-secondary education is considered an asset
