Job Title: Accommodation Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Accommodation Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our accommodation services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and support. This role will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures, recruiting and hiring staff, supervising staff, negotiating with suppliers, preparing budgets, and preparing marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Prepare marketing plans
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Develop and implement business plans

  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent position
  • Language of work: English
  • Hours of work: 40 hours per week
