Job Title: Accommodation Services Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit and hire staff, and supervise them to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies to ensure the best possible prices and services.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the organization.
  • Marketing: Prepare marketing plans to promote our accommodation services and attract new customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to ensure the long-term success of the organization.
Support for Diverse Groups:
  • Mentorship Programs: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and/or refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

Work Details: Permanent, 40 hours per week, English language.
