Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at 995235 Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our accommodation services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure effective delivery of accommodation services.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, ensuring the best possible value for the company.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Marketing: Prepare marketing plans to promote our accommodation services and attract new clients.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their requirements are met and their experience is exceptional.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improvement in our accommodation services.
