Job Title: Accommodation Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Accommodation Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our accommodation services, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and support. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement policies and procedures, recruit and hire staff, and supervise a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and support.
  • Marketing: Prepare marketing plans to promote our accommodation services and increase occupancy rates.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
