Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Safety Plus. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
