Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Leadership Manager to lead our TurboTax Live team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to a team of Tax Experts who provide tax advice and services to customers preparing their taxes with TurboTax Live.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of Tax Experts to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, customer satisfaction, and business results
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and growth opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing and leading a remote customer-facing team
  • Extensive prior experience preparing individual returns for Canadian clients
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Highly technical and comfortable with Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms, as well as G-suite applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and French + read, write, speak) considered a strong asset
