- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making and analysis.
- Front Desk Reception: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide a warm welcome to our office.
- Operational Support: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule.
- Work Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
