Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Gather pre-tender feedback and coordinate follow-up to ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Prepare and manage take-offs, bids, and quotations to meet project deadlines
  • Create and manage production schedules to optimize project efficiency
  • Assist with RFP responses to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Monitor project costs to ensure budget adherence
  • Create and maintain project documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with developing and implementing quality control programs to ensure high-quality project outcomes

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. As a Sales Project Coordinator, you will have strong project management skills, good attention to detail, and analytical skills. You will also have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as good time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in construction coordination
  • Estimating and take-off experience
  • Basic math skills for invoicing
