Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at E-Lead. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both manually and electronically.
  • Assist with data entry, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, collating, and ordering office supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing office work, including coordinating meetings and appointments.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Willingness to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Setting

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
