Nursing Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Attendant to join our team at PARSA WELLNESS INC. As a Nursing Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care and attention to detail.
  • Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain patients' rooms and ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide basic life support.
  • Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas.
  • Transport patients between care facilities and provide wheelchair or stretcher assistance as needed.
  • Answer call signals to determine patients' needs and respond promptly.
  • Collect specimens and maintain inventory of supplies.
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
