Nursing Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Attendant to join our team at PARSA WELLNESS INC. As a Nursing Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Assist with patient mobility, including weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients
  • Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments
  • Maintain patient rooms, including making beds and ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
  • Transport patients between care facilities, using wheelchairs or stretchers as needed
  • Respond to call signals to determine patients' needs and provide assistance
  • Collect specimens and prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations
