Job Title: Nursing Attendant

At PARSA WELLNESS INC., we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Attendant to join our team. As a Nursing Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care and attention to detail.
  • Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain patients' rooms and ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide basic life support as needed.
  • Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas.
  • Transport patients between care facilities and provide wheelchair or stretcher assistance as required.
  • Answer call signals to determine patients' needs and respond promptly.
  • Collect specimens and maintain inventory of supplies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move patients with care.
