Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business owners to implement business processes that can be supported by the eXtend ERP system, with the goal of optimizing the total process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate how best to meet business needs using new and supported systems.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop a clear plan of action to address those needs.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment to gain experience and grow your career.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for the eXtend ERP system.
  • Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with knowledge of service, manufacturing, remanufacturing, and/or warranty industries.
  • Proficient ERP experience, with a strong understanding of business processes, data structure, reporting, and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving competencies, with the ability to provide creative, workable solutions.
  • Above-average communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate operational meetings.
  • Diploma, certificate, or other post-secondary education in a related field.
