Job Title: Senior IT Technical Business Analyst


Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst with a passion for innovation to join our team at GTT, LLC. As a Senior IT Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development of 3-Year Strategic Roadmaps for client departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, and opportunity cards.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for IT modernization.
  • Lead and participate in workshops and consultations.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including vendors, ministries, and technical teams.
  • Develop key strategic roadmap documents and business requirements.
  • Manage project documentation and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify user training needs.
  • Support project management activities.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Experience in developing integrated system and technical design documents for complex projects.
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating and managing business process workshops.
  • 5+ years of experience gathering requirements from diverse ministerial stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting strategic business and technical documentation.
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex IT solutions.
  • Experience developing project documents for various initiatives (strategic, business improvement, IT).
  • Experience with content management, document management, and IT service management applications.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes in complex environments.
  • Experience working in the public sector.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Note:
Resource will work remotely, though must be available for onsite meetings when required. Frequency of meetings could be up to 1-2 times per month.
