About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Parkgate Chevron. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers leave our store satisfied.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to our management team.
  • Training and Development: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and assist with their immediate settlement needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 36 hours per week
