Brandt is currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Parts Person at our Material Handling location.

This position is responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Receiving, storing, and managing inventory in the warehouse and yard
  • Locating and shipping parts and materials to customers and other branches
  • Providing support to branch service technicians as needed
  • Placing inventory stock orders and making adjustments as required
  • Accurately documenting and reporting all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
  • Operating parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems

Requirements:

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the parts/warehousing trade
  • Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the parts industry
  • Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills
  • Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
