Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Operations Director to join our team at Bodycrafters Supplements & clinic. This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff management and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, healthcare management).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Work Setting
  • Clinic environment with fast-paced conditions.
Tasks
  • Manage staff and assign duties, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, considering customer needs and preferences.
  • Implement price and credits policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, maintaining high standards of quality and quantity.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, promoting products and services to target audiences.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
  • Determine staffing requirements, ensuring adequate resources to meet business demands.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
Supervision
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
  • Familiarity with word processing software and electronic mail.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Capable of handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
