We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Billyard Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, including a secondary school graduation certificate, and relevant work experience of 7 months to less than 1 year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence and Reporting: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and ensure that all reports and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the team in achieving its goals.
