Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Lawlor Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
Work Environment

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic team environment.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Term

This is a permanent position.

Hours of Work
