Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
    • Oversee the daily activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Provide training and guidance to food service staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure Quality Control
    • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality food and service standards.
