Job Summary:

Groves Memorial Community Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in emergency department operations, including triage and patient flow
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency nursing or a related field
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient teaching skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
