Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Enbridge. As a key member of our customer care organization, you will play a critical role in expanding your skills in a fast-paced environment that makes valuable contributions to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and balance payments received into our systems.
  • Investigate and correct misapplied payments.
  • Process refund and payment transfer requests on behalf of our customers.
  • Interact with customers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders via phone and email.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma with 3 years' experience in a financial environment or post-secondary diploma in a financial area with limited experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Post-secondary education in a financial area and experience.
  • Open to new graduates from financial programs with limited experience.
