Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Coordinator III to join our team at Enbridge. As a key member of our customer care organization, you will play a critical role in expanding your skills in a fast-paced environment that makes valuable contributions to the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and balance payments received into our systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Investigate and correct misapplied payments, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Process refund and payment transfer requests on behalf of our customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Interact with customers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders via phone and email, utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma with 3 years' experience in a financial environment or post-secondary diploma in a financial area with limited experience.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a financial area, with experience in payment processing and customer service.
  • Open to new graduates from financial programs with limited experience, if they demonstrate the required attributes and knowledge.
