Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and balance payments received into our systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Investigate and correct misapplied payments, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process refund and payment transfer requests on behalf of our customers, providing exceptional service.
  • Interact with customers, financial institutions, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders via phone and email, building strong relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma with 3 years' experience in a financial environment/bookkeeping/accounting OR post-secondary diploma in a financial area with limited experience.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and daily backup for auditing purposes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners.
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage varying work volumes and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a financial area, combined with relevant experience.
  • Open to new graduates from financial programs with limited experience, demonstrating the required attributes and knowledge.
