Job Title: Business Development Officer

About the Role:

Aroundsquare LTD. is seeking a skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for planning development projects, responding to enquiries from members of the business community, and conducting surveys and analyzing data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan development projects to drive commercial growth and industrial investment
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
  • Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform business decisions
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote business growth
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to improve customer experience
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions to reach a wider audience
  • Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations and on-line buy/sell Internet sites
  • Develop marketing strategies to drive business growth and industrial investment
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia to share knowledge and expertise
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve commercial growth and industrial investment
