Business Development Officer

Aroundsquare LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for planning and executing development projects, responding to enquiries from members of the business community, and conducting surveys and analyzing data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute development projects to drive business growth
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community and provide expert advice on development opportunities
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data to understand consumer behavior and preferences
  • Develop social and economic profiles of areas to encourage industrial and commercial investment
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals
  • Design market research questionnaires and develop marketing strategies
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
  • Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations and on-line buy/sell Internet sites
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Dependability, efficiency, flexibility, and reliability
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
