Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Laxmi Convenience and Grocery Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as assigned by management
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
