About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Little Treasures Kids. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on products and services
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, and services through various channels
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate sales records
  • Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and prepare merchandise for purchase
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Available for shift or on-call work
  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • Reside in proximity to the advertised location
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
Work Environment

Our retail store is located in a busy shopping centre or mall, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated sales associates. You will be required to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a variety of locations.
