Job Title: Project Manager - Restoration and Renovation

First Onsite is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our commercial and residential restoration and renovation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate restoration and renovation projects from start to finish
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
  • Manage and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the project
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration and renovation project management
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and residential building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
