Senior Project Manager

Omega Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the complexity of several eHealth Ecosystem Modernization projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in the Canadian health IT sector and possess excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project charters and manage multiple eHealth Ecosystem Modernization projects simultaneously
  • Contribute to Request For Proposal (RFP) development and scheduling and managing meetings with stakeholders
  • Coordinate and engage with various stakeholder groups to inform of project progress and activities and solicit feedback as appropriate
  • Manage project startup tasks, including creating a project SharePoint site, project calendar, contact list, and other supporting tools
  • Develop project plans and documenting project activities
  • Creating, updating, and managing project logs with applicable minute actions, issues, decisions, risks
  • Documenting and reporting project status against established objectives, milestones, budget, and resources
  • Developing reports, summaries, presentations, and communication material and other work and communication products
  • Listing in the preparation of committee update presentations
  • Managing activities around project tracking and reporting

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience working in the Canadian health IT sector
  • Senior-level project management experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
