G&F Financial Group, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Money Advisor. As a Money Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, identifying their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Process general banking transactions, deposits, investments, and lending needs, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Proactively connect with members to identify opportunities for additional business and strengthen their banking relationships with G&F Financial Group.
- Collaborate with branches and other departments to ensure a superior member experience and increase business across the organization.
- Represent G&F Financial Group as a positive community partner, building and maintaining a professional network within the branch and local community.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and service-oriented role.
- Excellent customer service and strong relationship building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit.
- Self-initiative in driving career and personal development.
- Degree or diploma in Business or Finance is preferred; general understanding of retail banking principles is an asset.
