Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective food production.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on food production, sales, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or culinary role.
